Chicken chop in foil in the oven

All familiar chops can be cooked not only in a frying pan, but also in the oven. The main advantage of this cooking method is that the meat can be supplemented with other products and baked together, so the meat will be more juicy and the side dish will be more aromatic.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into pieces 1.5-2 centimeters thick. Season and salt the meat, leave for 15-20 minutes to marinate.

Peel the onion, cut it into rings. Wash the champignons and cut into thin slices.

Beat the meat with a kitchen hammer, brush with mayonnaise, on top of each piece, put onion rings and champignon slices, sprinkle with grated cheese. You can do this on foil so that you can immediately wrap the chops in it.

Wrap each piece of chop in foil. Put them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. In foil, the meat will bake well and, thanks to the onions and mushrooms, will not be dry.
