Chicken liver is a very budget product. At the same time, it is useful for its rich microelement composition and is very tasty if you know how to cook it correctly. It is important not to overcook the delicate offal, as this makes it tough and loses its juiciness. Often, chicken liver is sold with hearts - this combination can also be prepared according to this recipe, it will turn out to be no worse. Additionally, we use onions, carrots and sour cream for cooking.

First, we prepare the frying of onions and carrots. Peel the onions, wash, dry and cut into thin translucent slices. We turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" mode. Pour odorless vegetable oil into the bowl. You don't need much, roughly - 2-3 tbsp. We warm it up well. Put chopped onion in hot oil. Fry it until transparent and lightly browned, not forgetting to stir.
We wash the chicken liver in cool water. We remove the accompanying films and vessels. If you use the liver with hearts, then you should cut off the fat from the latter. We recommend not to grind the liver - this way the product will retain more juiciness during heat treatment. Let the water drain from the liver after rinsing. Then lightly sprinkle the liver with salt, black pepper and flour.
