Cut the onion into thin transparent rings or semicircles - so the onion will have time to cook well and will be soft. In this recipe, we also suggest using a spicy soy sauce and honey filling. It will give the liver a slight sweetness, piquancy and beautiful color.

Pour the resulting filling into a bowl to the liver with onions, mix. Free the garlic from the husk, rinse and pass through a press. Alternatively, just cut into small pieces with a knife.
