Adding vegetables is a great way to make your liver juicier. Carrots, onions, bell peppers are well suited. Season this whole mixture with sour cream and spices and send to the oven. In half an hour, a delicious hot dish will be ready. Potatoes, buckwheat, rice, pasta are suitable as a side dish - such a liver is good with any accompaniment.

We wash the chicken liver well in cool water, remove all existing films, vessels and veins. After rinsing, place the liver on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Put a piece of butter in the pan, pour in the vegetable. We heat the mixture of oils to a liquid state and lay out the liver. The plate temperature is high. Fry the liver for about one to two minutes, so that it quickly changes its color. At the end of cooking, add salt, stir and remove from the stove.
Peel the carrots from the top skin, wash, dry and cut into thin slices. Peel the onions, wash, dry and cut into thin half rings. We free the bell pepper from seeds and stalks, wash, dry and cut into thin circles. Put all the prepared vegetables in a baking dish. Add sour cream of any fat content, salt and black pepper to taste.
