Chicken liver in cream in the oven

A very simple recipe for a delicious chicken liver. You do not have to mess around in the kitchen for a long time: it is enough to quickly fry the liver in a pan, transfer to a pot, pour cream and send it to the oven. In half an hour, you can serve a juicy hearty dish to the table, offering it any side dish to your liking. And all you need for this dish is chicken liver, cream and salt.

We wash the chicken liver well in running water, cut out all adjacent films, vessels and veins. Further grinding is not required, we leave the liver in whole pieces.

Dry the liver with paper towels. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

We put the liver in a frying pan and fry it at high temperature until it completely changes color. It will take approximately seven to eight minutes. At the end of frying, sprinkle the liver with salt, stir and remove from the stove.

Transfer the fried hot liver from a frying pan to a pot or any other suitable baking dish. We leave the liquid released during frying in the pan and do not put it in the mold - this way the creamy taste of the finished dish will be more intense, since the cream will not be diluted with this liquid.

Fill the liver with cream so that it reaches the level to the surface of the liver. You can take cream of any fat content, but it is worth remembering that the fatter they are, the more saturated and creamy the final taste of the dish is.

We preheat the oven to a temperature of 210 degrees. We put a form with cookies in it on a medium level and bake for ten minutes.

We take out the finished liver in cream from the oven. Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs if desired. Additionally, you can serve any side dish - potatoes, buckwheat, rice, fresh vegetables, bread.
