From chicken liver, you can prepare a very tasty and delicate hot meal, which both saturates perfectly and is very useful in composition. We will cook this offal in a slow cooker, with the addition of onions and carrots. And for juiciness and balanced taste, be sure to add sour cream. Serve such a liver hot with any side dish. The classic combination is with potatoes or buckwheat. Boiled pearl barley, pasta, rice are also great.

First, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions, wash, dry and cut into thin translucent half rings.

We turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" mode. Put the specified amount of butter in a bowl and melt it to a liquid state while stirring. Put onion half rings in the melted butter. Fry it until transparent, not forgetting to stir.

Peel the carrots from the upper skin, rinse, dry and rub on a coarse grater. Add chopped carrots to the clear onions. We also put bay leaves. Stir and continue to fry with stirring for another five to seven minutes, until the carrots are tender.

Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly in cool water. We cut off all films and vessels. Cut the prepared product into small pieces.

Next, we prepare the sour cream filling. To do this, in a small container, mix sour cream, salt and black ground pepper to taste. We also add dried basil. We mix everything together so that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the filling volume.
