Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We wash the chicken liver in cool or lukewarm water. We remove the present films, vessels and veins. After rinsing, put the product in a colander and drain off excess water. We cut each liver into two or three parts. In addition, we recommend placing the sliced liver on a paper towel and blotting it - this way there will be less moisture and the crust on the finished liver will be more pronounced.
step 2 out of 7
At the same time, we prepare onions. We peel it from the husk, wash it, dry it and cut it into thin feathers or transparent half rings. It is important that the onion slices are as thin as possible, as they must have time to fully cook during the frying of the liver.
step 3 out of 7
Put the prepared liver in a deep plate and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Stir so that all the pieces are covered with spices. Pour wheat flour into a separate bowl. Place pieces of liver in flour in portions and roll them on all sides.
step 4 out of 7
We turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" mode for twenty-five minutes. Pour a small amount of odorless vegetable oil into the bowl and heat it well. Put pieces of liver in flour in hot oil.
step 5 out of 7
Place chopped onions on top. Mix and close the lid of the multicooker.
step 6 out of 7
Cook for ten minutes, then open the lid and mix again. Close the lid and continue cooking for another ten minutes. After the specified time, add sour cream, mix and close the lid. Turn off the device after five minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Serve hot cooked chicken liver in sour cream with any side dish. Potatoes and any fresh herbs are suitable for such a dish.
