We offer a quick recipe for cooking chicken liver in a slow cooker. We immediately prepare the liver: wash, dry, salt and roll in flour. We put it in the multicooker bowl and immediately add onions, without phasing. Fry everything together while the preset frying program lasts and flavored with sour cream at the end. Ready! Delicious juicy food can be served, and there are not a single speck in the kitchen after the frying process.

Cooking process
We wash the chicken liver in cool or lukewarm water. We remove the present films, vessels and veins. After rinsing, put the product in a colander and drain off excess water. We cut each liver into two or three parts. In addition, we recommend placing the sliced liver on a paper towel and blotting it - this way there will be less moisture and the crust on the finished liver will be more pronounced.
Bon Appetit!
