Chicken fillet, although it is tasty and healthy, is rarely cooked by housewives, because in the end it turns out to be dry. A marinade based on honey and mustard makes the meat juicy, tender and with an interesting taste. It is advisable to marinate the fillet for at least 4 hours, then the juiciness of the dish is guaranteed. We bake fillets in the oven. Fillet baked in such a sauce will be delicious both hot and cold.

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and pat dry with a kitchen paper towel.

Put the amount of all the ingredients for the sauce, as indicated in the recipe, in a separate bowl. The honey for the sauce must be liquid.

Spread the prepared fillet pieces well with the prepared honey-mustard sauce and place them in a separate bowl. Pour the rest of the sauce over the fillet.
