First you need to boil the chicken drumsticks. To do this, boil water and cook for an hour - hour 20 minutes. You also need to peel and boil the potatoes.

Remove chicken meat from drumsticks and cut into small pieces or scroll through a meat grinder. Grind the potatoes in mashed potatoes, and rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

Mix chicken, potatoes and cheese in a deep bowl. Add eggs, flour, salt and spices to them. Mix everything thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.
