Chicken cutlets with buckwheat

Chicken cutlets with buckwheat are an option for a light and hearty lunch or dinner. Ground chicken is rich in protein, and cereals are rich in nutritious carbohydrates.

If the minced meat is frozen, then defrost it in advance and squeeze it out of excess water. Add salt, pepper and chopped onions to the product.
