Chicken cutlets with mushrooms in the oven

Chicken cutlets are good both hot and cold, due to the fact that the chicken meat is not fatty. To add originality to the dish, add some mushrooms and bake the patties in the oven. The familiar chopped chicken cutlets will surprise you with their taste.

Wash the mushrooms, peel and grate on a medium grater. Peel the onion, rinse with water and chop finely. Fry the onions and mushrooms in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into very small cubes, season and stir.

Wash the greens, chop with a knife and add to the meat. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and add to a bowl.

Grate the cheese. Add cheese and grilled mushrooms and onions to the meat.

Break eggs into a bowl, add flour and add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
