Traditionally, a bun or semolina soaked in milk is added to cutlets for density and juiciness. For this purpose, oatmeal will do an excellent job. There are more benefits from them, they are perfectly masked in the minced meat, they give the finished cutlets the desired consistency - is there not a reason to try this method? This recipe is also great for those who follow the principles of proper nutrition.

Cooking process
You can use different parts of the chicken to make minced meatballs. Bones, cartilage and skin must be removed. Dry the prepared fillet with a paper towel and scroll through a meat grinder with a fine grid. Together with the chicken, we pass the onion peeled from the husk through a meat grinder. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add salt, black pepper, dry garlic, turmeric to it. Instead of dried garlic, you can also use two cloves fresh, peeled and pressed. Mix the minced meat well with spices.
The resulting minced meat has a rather liquid consistency. To thicken it, you can do the following: put the minced meat in a tight bag and tie it tightly. We beat off the minced meat in a bag, throwing it on the table surface. As a result of such actions, the chicken mass will become much more viscous and dense.
Bon Appetit!
