To diversify the way chicken cutlets are cooked, you can add various ingredients to the minced meat. One of the most versatile and most successful of these additives is hard cheese. It goes well with chicken meat, making it even juicier and more tender. During frying, the pieces of cheese melt and the patties are soaked in a creamy flavor. This dish is invariably popular with the whole family.

Lastly, rub hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the minced meat. You can also cut the cheese into small cubes - in this case, it will be more distinctly felt in the finished cutlets. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator and let it marinate for a couple of hours. During this time, the mass will become a little thicker.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot. Form the cutlets with a spoon and put them in the pan. We fry them at an average temperature of the stove for three to four minutes on each side, without closing the lid. This will form a crispy brown crust on the surface. If necessary, add a little vegetable oil.
Bon Appetit!
