Chicken cutlets with cheese in a pan

To diversify the way chicken cutlets are cooked, you can add various ingredients to the minced meat. One of the most versatile and most successful of these additives is hard cheese. It goes well with chicken meat, making it even juicier and more tender. During frying, the pieces of cheese melt and the patties are soaked in a creamy flavor. This dish is invariably popular with the whole family.

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. You can pass it through a meat grinder with a large grate or finely chop it with a knife by hand. The task is to get minced meat of a large structure. So the finished cutlets will be juicy and slightly crumbly.
step 2 out of 8
Add the chicken egg to the resulting minced meat, mix thoroughly.
step 3 out of 8
Next, add sour cream. Alternatively, you can use mayonnaise instead. Mix everything together again.
step 4 out of 8
Pour wheat flour, salt and black pepper to taste on top of the chicken mass. We mix.
step 5 out of 8
Peel the onions, rinse and dry. Cut the onion into small cubes and add them to the minced meat. We mix.
step 6 out of 8
Lastly, rub hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the minced meat. You can also cut the cheese into small cubes - in this case, it will be more distinctly felt in the finished cutlets. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator and let it marinate for a couple of hours. During this time, the mass will become a little thicker.
step 7 out of 8
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot. Form the cutlets with a spoon and put them in the pan. We fry them at an average temperature of the stove for three to four minutes on each side, without closing the lid. This will form a crispy brown crust on the surface. If necessary, add a little vegetable oil.
step 8 out of 8
Transfer the finished cutlets from the pan to the dish and serve hot. Fresh vegetables are a suitable side dish.

Bon Appetit!
