Chicken cutlets with cheese and gravy

Cutlets are one of the most common meat dishes, they are easy to prepare and you can choose any side dish for them. And each housewife has her own chips to improve this meat dish: someone makes a delicious gravy, while others add cheese or mushrooms.

Break the roll into pieces and soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Then squeeze it out and place it in the blender bowl. Cut one onion into quarters and add to the loaf. Grind these ingredients until smooth. Instead of a blender, you can use a meat grinder.

In a bowl, combine the minced meat with the chopped bun and one egg, and season with salt and season to taste. Then the minced meat must be beaten off: take it with your hands and throw it into the bowl 10-15 times.
