Chicken wings with honey on the grill

Many people love fried chicken wings and especially those cooked on the grill. To make the meat soft and juicy, they are marinated in various marinades. Honey is a common ingredient in pickling, because it is he who gives the wings a special sweetish taste and beautiful color. Mustard, soy sauce and citrus fruits are added to honey, but in this recipe we will only add seasoning, because the simpler the marinade, the tastier the finished dish.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
First of all, prepare all the ingredients for preparing this dish in the amount indicated in the recipe.
step 2 out of 8
Rinse the wings well under running water, removing the remaining feathers, and then pat dry with a kitchen towel.
step 3 out of 8
In a separate bowl, place all the ingredients for the marinade (liquid honey, vegetable oil, chicken seasoning, salt and black pepper) and stir well with a spoon. Let the marinade brew for 5 minutes.
step 4 out of 8
Transfer the prepared wings to a bowl and cover with the prepared marinade. Then rub the marinade with your hand into the meat and leave the wings to marinate for 20 minutes.
step 5 out of 8
While the meat is marinating, prepare the grill according to your method. The burnt coals, when they become light, pour water over so that there is no fire, because we only need a good heat.
step 6 out of 8
Place the pickled wings on the grill, wrapping their phalanges with pieces of foil so as not to burn.
step 7 out of 8
Place the rack with wings on the grill and fry them for 30 minutes, turning the rack on the other side every five minutes.
step 8 out of 8
Transfer the chicken wings baked on the grill in honey marinade to portioned plates, remove the pieces of foil, decorate the dish with herbs and fresh vegetables and can be served.
Delicious and successful dishes!
