Chicken muffins with cheese in the oven

I often cook chicken muffins with cheese in the oven for a family breakfast. Muffins turn out to be quite juicy and appetizing and are suitable for a full-fledged snack, as well as an appetizer for a festive table or for a picnic. You can take chicken muffins with you to work for lunch.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Cut the boiled chicken breast into small cubes and place in a deep container. If you do not have boiled chicken meat, then use raw breast. Rinse it thoroughly under cold water, put in a saucepan, cover with water, salt and put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered, skimming off the resulting foam, for 20-25 minutes.
step 2 out of 6
Pour the required amount of milk into a deep container. Add chicken eggs, mayonnaise, natural yogurt, salt and ground black pepper. Sift the flour through a fine sieve. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
step 3 out of 6
Rinse your favorite greens well under cold running water and shake off excess moisture, finely chop and send to the chicken container. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and then cover with cooked dough. Mix thoroughly with a tablespoon until smooth.
step 4 out of 6
Fill the silicone molds with the prepared dough. Place the molds in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake muffins for about 20-25 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
When the specified time has passed, carefully so as not to burn yourself, remove the muffins from the oven. Cool the hot muffins a little, and then remove from the silicone molds.
step 6 out of 6
Serve the chicken muffins with cheese at the dinner table. The dish is also great for a full, hearty breakfast.

Bon Appetit!
