You can cook chops not only in the usual way in a pan, but also bake chicken in the oven in a stunning mustard-honey marinade without flour and eggs. The meat is juicy, tender and dietary. These chops are simple to prepare and go well with vegetables, baked and fresh.

Put the mustard in a small bowl, add oil, add chopped pre-peeled garlic, honey and mayonnaise. Season with salt and spices as desired. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Rinse the chicken fillet and blot with a paper towel and cut into thin, flat pieces lengthwise. Beat off the meat a little by wrapping it in cling film.

Transfer the meat to the marinade and grease all the pieces well. Cover a plate of chicken and let sit for 2 hours.
