Chicken chops in a pan in bread crumbs

Chicken chops breaded in breadcrumbs are crispy and melt in the mouth. They can serve as a healthy alternative to nuggets from fast food restaurants. These chops can be safely used in homemade chicken burgers.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into small pieces. Lightly beat off these pieces of chicken with a kitchen hammer, salt and pepper on both sides.

Drive eggs into a deep bowl, shake well. Pour the crackers into a separate container.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Dip pieces of chicken in breadcrumbs, then dip in an egg and again in breadcrumbs. Fry on one side.
