French chicken chops

French meat is often made from chicken fillet. The recipe is quite simple: onions, meat, mayonnaise and grated cheese are laid out in layers, thanks to which the onions are fried and soaked in meat juice. The dish turns out to be tasty and juicy.

Wash the chicken breast, pat dry with paper towels and cut into 1.5 cm thick layers. Cover the meat with cling film and beat it off, season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Grease the mold with oil and put the onion on the bottom.

Spread the chicken chops on the onion, brush them with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the meat and place the dish in the oven. Bake the chops at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. During this time, the cheese will melt and brown. Serve the French chops hot.
