Chicken chops under a fur coat

How convenient it is when one hot dish includes a wonderful and satisfying combination of products. Here we have mushrooms and potatoes and tomatoes. They, like a fur coat, cover a piece of juicy and tender meat and give it aroma and unique taste. We put the workpiece on a baking sheet - and no hassle. We get a complete dish, which is tasty in itself, except that vegetables and sauces will always come in handy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse the chicken fillet and blot with a napkin. Cut the meat into lengths no more than 2 cm thick. Rub the pieces with salt and pepper or chicken seasoning and beat a little. Set the chicken aside.
step 2 out of 5
Peel and wash fresh mushrooms, then cut into plates. Peel the onion and chop it into rings or half rings, depending on the size. Fry in vegetable oil in a hot skillet.
step 3 out of 5
Wash the tomatoes and cut into circles. Peel the potatoes, wash and coarsely grate. Place the chicken in a greased baking dish. Top with mushrooms, tomatoes and finely chopped green onions.
step 4 out of 5
Lay out the potatoes, add a little salt and pepper. Combine garlic, peeled and chopped with sour cream and stir. Spread the sauce over a layer of potatoes.
step 5 out of 5
Place the mold in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot and flavorful chops immediately.

Bon Appetit!
