Chicken chops with pineapple in a pan

Breaded chicken chops, fried until crispy, with a ring of juicy pineapple and melted cheese on top - is this not an option for a delicious, hearty dinner? Fresh vegetables and herbs are the perfect accompaniment to this chop. Plus, it doesn't take long to cook.

Dry the chicken fillet, cut off the veins, films and cartilages. We cut each piece of fillet into even slices of small thickness.

We put the slices on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat off with a hammer on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a fork or whisk.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot. Dip each chop in a beaten egg from all sides and put it in a frying pan.
