Chicken chops with pineapple in the oven

An original hot dish can be prepared from chicken fillet with the addition of juicy pineapple. Chops like this are good for party nights. Delicious meat will delight your guests. And the cooking process will not take much time.

We wash the chicken fillet and cut it into layers 1-1.5 cm thick.

Cover the fillet pieces with cling film and gently beat off with a kitchen hammer.

Coat the chops with salt and pepper. Seasonings can be added to taste.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the chops on both sides. Enough for a minute on each side. We do this over low heat. It is important not to overdry the meat.

Cover the baking sheet with oil or cover with foil. We spread the fried chops. We coat them with mayonnaise. Put pineapple pieces on top. We pre-cut them to the desired size.
