Dry the chicken fillet with a paper towel and cut it lengthwise into two parts. There should be plates for future chops. Lightly beat the chicken with a rolling pin or a kitchen hammer. Fry the resulting pieces in a hot skillet with a little olive oil on both sides for one minute.

Remove the fried chops from the pan. Add a little olive oil to the same frying pan, put a piece of butter. Put onions cut into half rings into the heated mixture of oils. While stirring, fry the onion over medium heat until a pronounced blush. Add salt, dry white wine and evaporate the liquid.
