Chicken chops with mushrooms and cheese

The classic chicken fillet chops are everyone's favorite, easy to prepare, nutritious and delicious. You can spice up the chicken chops with different additives, and the taste will be different every time. In this recipe, we suggest making chicken chops with mushrooms and cheese - always a win-win, aromatic and juicy. Serve the dish preferably hot, accompanied by fresh vegetables.

We wash the chicken fillet, dry it. We cut off all films, cartilage and veins. Cut the fillets into thin flat plates. To do this, divide the chicken breast in half across with a knife. Then we cut each part lengthwise into plates.

We beat each portion of fillet with a hammer on both sides through cling film. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Place the prepared chicken chops on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

We wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut them into small slices. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot and lay out the chopped mushrooms. Fry them at medium temperature until soft and lightly browned. At the end of frying, add a little salt to the mushrooms. Let them cool down a little and spread a little with a spoon on each chop previously laid on a baking sheet.
