Such an easy-to-prepare dish, like chicken chops with mushrooms fried in a pan, is equally perfect for an everyday lunch or dinner, as well as for a festive feast. The dish does not require knowledge of any special culinary subtleties, just fry the chicken breast chops according to our recipe, and you will succeed!

Wash the chicken breast, dry, cut into small pieces across the fibers. Their thickness should not exceed 1.5-2 cm.

Put the chicken on a board, cover with cling film and beat off the pieces on both sides, but not too carefully so that the meat does not give off all its juices, otherwise it will dry out when frying.

Marinate the chops in mayonnaise (you can replace it with sour cream or kefir). Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut the onion into small pieces, you can - in half rings or cubes. Put onions and mushrooms, also chopped, into the pan.

Fry mushrooms and onions for 3-4 minutes, but do not dry out, stir while frying.

Fry the chicken chops on one side, covered with a lid, until golden brown.

Turn the fried pieces over to the other side, put the mushrooms and onions on top and fry everything together for about 5-7 minutes under the lid.
