Chicken chops with cheese in a pan

Chicken chops, breaded in a mixture of rusks and finely grated cheese, not only have a beautiful golden crust, they exude a pleasant aroma of baked cheese. Chops like these are the first to fly off the table.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry with a paper towel and cut into 2-3 horizontal plates.

Use a hammer to beat off the chicken (not very vigorously). Pour flour into a bowl and roll fillet plates in it.
