Chicken chops in the oven

Meat can be cooked in a variety of ways, but it is more juicy when baked in the oven. Add vegetables and grated cheese to the meat for a complete meal for lunch or dinner.

Rinse the chicken fillet, pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into slices 1.5-2 centimeters thick.

Beat each piece of fillet with a kitchen hammer on both sides. Place the chops in a bowl, add salt, minced garlic, mustard, mayonnaise, stir and let sit for 10 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the egg and cream to it, mix.

Cut the tomato into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, spread the meat on it. On each piece of meat, put a slice of tomato and a little onion, put the cheese mixture on top.
