Chicken chops in cheese batter are juicy, tender on the inside and have a crispy appetizing crust. Such a meat dish will help out when you urgently need to cook something tasty, because you can eat chops immediately after frying them.

Wash the chicken and remove all meat from the bone, blot with paper towels. Remove the films and fat, cut the meat into 1 cm thick pieces. Beat off the chicken pieces with a kitchen hammer, but do not overdo it, otherwise the chops will tear.
