Chicken chops in a slow cooker

I suggest making chicken chops in a slow cooker. A slow cooker is fine if you don't need to cook a lot of chops. If you are having a big feast, then it is better to use an oven or a frying pan.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 15
Put the chicken fillet on a cutting board, cover with cling film on top.
step 2 out of 15
Use a hammer to beat off the chicken.
step 3 out of 15
Sprinkle on both sides with your favorite seasonings.
step 4 out of 15
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, add bread crumbs.
step 5 out of 15
Mix well.
step 6 out of 15
Pour wheat or any other flour into a separate bowl.
step 7 out of 15
Break the chicken egg into a plate, mix well with a fork.
step 8 out of 15
On the multicooker panel, select the "Fry" program (if there is no such mode, select the "Baking" mode), pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and let it heat up.
step 9 out of 15
Roll the beaten chicken in flour on both sides.
step 10 out of 15
Dip in beaten chicken egg.
step 11 out of 15
The egg should completely coat the meat.
step 12 out of 15
Allow excess eggs to drain.
step 13 out of 15
Transfer the chicken to the cheese mixture, roll thoroughly on both sides.
step 14 out of 15
Using a spatula, gently transfer the chop to the multicooker bowl and fry on both sides for five minutes. Do the same for the second chop.
step 15 out of 15
Serve the ready-made chops alone or with your favorite side dish, garnished with fresh herbs.

Bon Appetit!
