Wash the meat, pat dry with paper towels. Peel the onion and rinse with water.

Chop the onion and meat into small pieces and then chop them in a blender.

Soak the loaf in milk, then knead it well with your hands.

In a bowl, combine meat, onion, loaf, egg, salt and season to taste.
