Chicken goulash in sour cream sauce

Chicken goulash will take you much less time than a traditional beef recipe. This is a very delicate and tasty dish with a creamy taste that goes well with pasta.

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into slices.

Pour sunflower oil into a dry frying pan, heat it well, put the chicken meat and fry it until golden brown.

Put the fried meat in a saucepan, add chopped onions, garlic to it, salt and season to taste. Then add some water and simmer the meat over low heat for 20 minutes.
