We pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder. In its absence, you can simply chop the meat with a knife. Combine the resulting minced meat with a loaf, broken to crumbs, salt and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and immediately put the future schnitzels on it. With our hands we make the shape of boats, since we will put cheese and an egg inside.

We pass the cheese through a coarse grater and carefully put it in each groove of the schnitzel. After that we break it in the egg.
