We offer a recipe for chicken soup without potatoes. The ingredients are only chicken, eggs and dumplings. Spices and herbs for flavor. It is important that the chicken stock is rich. For this we use a whole chicken. Ideal if it is poultry. Cook the carcass at a slow boil, removing the resulting foam. Add dumplings and eggs at the end of cooking. The recipe is simple, and the soup is delicious!

Place the bird in a saucepan, fill it with hot water and bring to a boil. Cook with a slow boil for an hour until the chicken meat is tender. Add salt to taste. When the foam forms on the surface of the broth, we must remove it with a slotted spoon in order to preserve the transparency of the future soup. When the chicken is cooked, carefully remove it from the pan and let it cool to remove the bones later.
In the boiling broth with the help of two teaspoons we lower the portions of the prepared dough - we form the dumplings. After all the dumplings are dipped in the broth, stir the soup and add black pepper. Add chopped boiled eggs. Bring to a boil, cook for one and a half to two minutes and remove from the stove.
