We offer a recipe for chicken soup without potatoes. The ingredients are only chicken, eggs and dumplings. Spices and herbs for flavor. It is important that the chicken stock is rich. For this we use a whole chicken. Ideal if it is poultry. Cook the carcass at a slow boil, removing the resulting foam. Add dumplings and eggs at the end of cooking. The recipe is simple, and the soup is delicious!

Cook chicken broth. To do this, wash the chicken carcass, remove excess skin and fat areas.

Place the bird in a saucepan, fill it with hot water and bring to a boil. Cook with a slow boil for an hour until the chicken meat is tender. Add salt to taste. When the foam forms on the surface of the broth, we must remove it with a slotted spoon in order to preserve the transparency of the future soup. When the chicken is cooked, carefully remove it from the pan and let it cool to remove the bones later.

Set five eggs to boil separately. Cook them hard boiled for twelve minutes. At the end of cooking, fill the eggs with cold water and let them cool completely. Then peel and cut into small cubes.

Let's move on to cooking dumplings. We will cook them from dough of medium thickness. For convenience, you can knead the dough with a blender. Put eggs, flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Using an immersion blender, punch everything together until a smooth, homogeneous mass is obtained.
