Anyone who loves unsweetened pastries, I strongly recommend to cook chicken on kefir without yeast. Kurnik turns out to be quite satisfying and perfect for a family dinner. Make a pie and treat your loved ones with a fragrant pie.

Prepare the dough. Pour the required amount of kefir into a deep container. Place good quality butter in a bowl, then melt in a water bath or microwave. Add to the container with kefir. Break a chicken egg. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

In a separate container, sift the required amount of wheat flour through a fine sieve, add baking soda and salt, mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients gradually to liquid ingredients. Mix well.

Knead the resulting dough well, collect in a lump, place in a container and tighten with cling film, send it to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Peel the onions and cut them into thin half rings. Wash the carrots well, peel them with a vegetable peeler, and then grate on a coarse grater. Heat the skillet well over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. Add prepared vegetables and saute until tender.

Wash the potatoes well, peel them with a peeler, then cut into a medium dice. Place in a skillet and heat a little.
