PP chicken chops in the oven

Pan-baked chops are a high-calorie dish, given the amount of oil used for frying. But what if you cook them in the oven and without oil? This option is quite suitable for those who adhere to proper nutrition and do not want to lose in taste.

Dry the chicken breast with paper towels, cut off the skin, tendons and blood vessels if necessary.

Break eggs into a small bowl, add salt and black pepper to them. Shake everything together with a fork so that the white and yolk are completely mixed. Pour the breadcrumbs into a separate flat bowl.

Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into plates.

Place the breast plates on a cutting board and cover them with cling film. Use a kitchen hammer to beat off the chicken on both sides. Sprinkle lightly with salt on each bite.
