Meat with mushrooms is always delicious. Pork fried with mushrooms in a pan is not only tasty, but hearty and not particularly expensive. Mashed potatoes are ideal as a side dish.

Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown. Then cover the meat with water and simmer over low heat, covered, until soft.
