The pride of every hostess in preparing a festive table, of course, is an original and creative hot dish. And as a variant of this - pork baked in the oven with tomatoes. We shape the meat into pieces in the form of an "accordion", which will look presentable and spectacular on the table.

Wash a piece of pork under running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Then cut the meat into pieces 1 cm thick and without cutting it to the base, so that it looks like an accordion. Place the pork in a separate bowl.

Then rub the meat to your liking with spiced salt both outside and inside between the pieces.

Then put the amount of soy sauce, mustard and mayonnaise indicated in the recipe on the meat and rub all the pieces well with them.
