Birch sap kvass with orange and lemon

Citruses set off birch sap well. In such a drink, a pronounced taste and a pleasant refreshing aroma immediately appear. Oranges are "responsible" for the delicious smell, and lemons - for the piquant sourness.

Wash oranges with hot water, dry and cut into circles along with the zest.

Put chopped oranges in a suitable container, add granulated sugar.

Separately squeeze the juice from the lemons and mix it with the birch sap. Chop fresh yeast into small pieces and pour into the mixture of juices, mix well until dissolved. Fill the oranges with sugar with the resulting liquid. We put the raisins.

We close the container with clean dry gauze, tie it to fix it. Leave at cold temperature for three days for fermentation. Then we filter the kvass and pour it into food containers. Store in a cool, dark place closed.
