Birch sap kvass with dried apples

If you add dried apples to birch sap, you can get a refreshing fruit kvass. Additionally, add sugar and raisins to ensure fermentation. If you have a large amount of birch sap, it is convenient to prepare kvass in a large barrel.

Pour birch sap into the barrel. Dissolve granulated sugar in it. Add washed raisins and dried apples.

Stir, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place (in the sun, next to the radiator) for four to five days.

After this period of the day, kvass can be tasted. If the drink suits the taste and saturation, remove the dried fruit from the kvass (it is convenient to do this with a large slotted spoon or a small colander) and filter the drink over food containers.
