It is very easy to make kvass from kvass wort concentrate! And it tastes even better than the purchased one. The amount of sugar can be adjusted, depending on how you like it. Also try adding delicious dried fruit or honey. They will add special, interesting notes to kvass.

Boil the water and cool it to 40 degrees. Stir the kvass wort concentrate in it.
