Let's prepare a 3 liter jar. It should be rinsed thoroughly. We sort out oatmeal (not to be confused with flakes) from various impurities. Then pour it into a jar.

Add sugar to the oats. Fill it all with cooled cold water. Cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for 3-4 days.

Filter and cool the finished kvass. Then you can try. The leftover oats can be used for re-fermentation.
