For the preparation of kvass, we will use oat grains. We wash them under running water and grind them in a blender.

Put the resulting gruel in an enamel pan, fill it with hot water and send it to the oven, preheated to 150 degrees for 2 hours.

After the time has elapsed, remove the container from the oven, leave it at room temperature until the liquid cools completely, then add honey and dry yeast to the kvass. Mix well and leave in a warm place to infuse for 3 days.
