Today I want to propose to cook chopped pickled green tomatoes, which are perfect as an addition to main courses.

Prepare the required ingredients for the pickled green tomatoes. Rinse green tomatoes, hot red peppers, parsley and celery thoroughly under cold running water and dry.

Finely chop the parsley and celery with a sharp knife.

Peel the garlic and chop with a knife into thin slices. Cut hot red peppers into rings, peeling them off.

Put finely chopped greens in a deep container, cover with the required amount of salt.
