Pickled green tomatoes with mustard

Pickled tomatoes have a sour vigorous taste. Mustard will be used as a preservative in this recipe, thanks to which tomatoes are perfectly stored until spring and mold does not form on them.

Pick tomatoes of about the same size and wash them well. Wash the greens, peel the garlic.

Prepare a container for pickling tomatoes, wash and dry. Pour mustard into the bottom of the container, then make a layer of ½ part greens and garlic.

Lay the tomatoes tightly on top of the greens. Boil two liters of water separately, add salt to the water, cool the brine to 75 degrees. Pour the brine over the tomatoes, top with the second part of the greens.

Leave the tomatoes at room temperature for 7 days. Then move the container of tomatoes to the cold, and keep them there for 3-4 weeks, after which they will be completely cooked.
