Pork lagman in a saucepan

The dish with the interesting name lagman is noodles with a thick gravy of meat and vegetables. Lamb is commonly used, but pork is allowed as an alternative.

Wash the meat and vegetables. Cut carrots, onions and peppers into cubes, then fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
