Lagman with chicken and eggplant

Lagman is somewhat reminiscent of a vegetable stew with meat. Often housewives modify this dish to their liking, add additional ingredients or replace traditional beef with other types of meat. We suggest you cook an original lagman with chicken and eggplant.

Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Place the meat in a preheated skillet and fry until golden brown.

Fry the chopped onions and carrots in a separate skillet.

Chop the cabbage thinly, cut the pepper and eggplant into strips, the tomatoes into thin slices. Chop the herbs and garlic.

In a frying pan with meat, add cabbage, fried onions and carrots, eggplant, peppers and tomatoes.
