Fried lagman with chicken

There are a lot of recipes for the Uzbek dish lagman; it is made in different ways with a different set of ingredients. The fastest way to make it is chicken in a skillet.

Boil the meat, divide it into small pieces. Leave the chicken stock aside, you will need it later.

Peel and chop the onions and carrots.

Put meat, onions, carrots and a mix of vegetables in a preheated pan.

Fry vegetables and meat over high heat, salt and season to taste and add tomato paste. Simmer the contents of the pan for a couple of minutes, then pour in the chicken broth, bring the dish to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer the lagman for 10-15 minutes.

Boil the noodles in salted water until tender. Put the noodles in the plates and pour the gravy over it, the lagman is ready.
