Fried lagman with pork

Fried lagman is very simple and quick to prepare. This dish is somewhat reminiscent of naval pasta and everything is harmoniously combined in it: bright appearance, aroma and great taste.

Wash the beef and cut into small cubes. Preheat a skillet and brown the meat until golden brown.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Reduce heat and add onion to skillet, saute until onion is translucent.

Wash and dice the eggplant, carrots and bell peppers. Add vegetables to the pan, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes and also add to the pan with other ingredients.

Pour enough water into the pan so that it covers all the ingredients. Add dry spices and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
