Langoustines on a grill on the grill

Langoustines (Argentine shrimp or Norwegian lobster) are increasingly appearing on our table as a healthy and seafood. They can be cooked not only at home, but also baked on the grill in nature. To add brightness to the taste, langoustines are pre-marinated in any marinade with the obligatory addition of sour ingredients. To prevent baked langoustines from losing their juiciness, you need to defrost them correctly, and remove the shell or leave it - it depends on your taste.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Defrost frozen langoustines in the refrigerator in advance so that their meat does not become tough from a sharp temperature drop. Rinse defrosted langoustines well with running water. Then, with small scissors, cut the carapace in the back area. Whether to remove the legs and head or leave it - decide for yourself.
step 2 out of 5
Gently remove the intestinal vein under the carapace with your hands and rinse the carcass again.
step 3 out of 5
Then put the prepared langoustines in a separate bowl for pickling. Add to them chopped chives, juice of half a lemon, red pepper and cover with soy sauce, stir and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
step 4 out of 5
After the marinating time, prepare the grill so that the coals give a good heat, and put the marinated langoustines on the wire rack.
step 5 out of 5
Grill the langoustines for 2-3 minutes on each side. The dish is ready. You can put them on a platter and serve.
Bon Appetit!
