Langoustines with garlic on the grill

You can't always afford to cook this delicious seafood, but for some special occasion, langoustines baked with garlic on the grill will delight you and your guests. Baked langoustines are much more delicious than shrimp and are similar in sweetness to crab or crayfish. Prepare the garlic marinade with the addition of butter and lemon juice.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Defrost the langoustines in advance in a natural way and without a sudden temperature drop.
step 2 out of 8
Then remove the head and intestinal vein from them by cutting the shell with scissors, and rinse them with running water. Wipe off excess moisture with a napkin.
step 3 out of 8
Peel the garlic and chop it in a garlic bowl. Squeeze the juice of one lemon.
step 4 out of 8
In a separate cup, melt a piece of butter in the microwave (you can replace it with the same amount of vegetable oil). Add chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to the butter. Mix these ingredients well.
step 5 out of 8
Transfer the prepared langoustines to a deep bowl, fill with marinade, stir and leave for 1 hour to marinate.
step 6 out of 8
While the langoustines are marinating, prepare the grill. When the coals turn white, you can start frying.

Place the pickled langoustines on the grill and close securely. Place it on the grill at least 10 cm above the hot coals, otherwise it may burn. Fry on both sides for 3-5 minutes.
